Client Services

Private Fundraising

Ariane represents client funds across the private fund spectrum including: buyout, growth, venture, special situations, secondary real estate, mezzanine and funds-of-funds.

Clients receive senior level attention throughout the fundraising process, ensuring the highest level of material and presentation skills preparation, targeting of interested investors, efficient road show scheduling, follow-up and reporting and closing support.

Ariane introduces its clients to a targeted group of investors developed from its relationships with family offices, public pension funds, endowments and foundations, funds-of-funds, financial institutions, corporate pension funds, consultants and gatekeepers.

Hedge and Mutual Fundraising

Ariane's team members have over 60 years of experience raising Hedge and Mutual Funds. They leverage their deep relationships with brokerage firms to bring capital to their clients, having raised billions of dollars over the course of their careers.

Private Equity Secondary Transactions

Ariane's first private equity secondary engagement was in 2005. Since then, we have focused on utilizing the secondary market in order to create strategic alternatives for general partners who are looking to strengthen their limited partner base, add fresh capital to existing funds or to new funds, and to replace SBA interests.

Ariane prepares and focuses the secondary marketing materials on the key metrics which secondary buyers want to see so multiple bids can be gained quickly to maximize value. Ariane maintains relationships with many secondary buyers and is able to target its transactions to the buyers' specific interests in order to streamline the process.
